Gloria Brooks is a dynamic leader and community advocate with a diverse background in business, non-profit leadership, and civic engagement.

Her professional career spans over two decades at SPRINT Network Operations in Atlanta, where she retired as a Senior Program/Project Manager in 2015 after a distinguished 25-year tenure. This experience laid the foundation for her successful entrepreneurial ventures, including founding and serving as CEO of Brooks PMP Consulting since 2014. She also co-founded and serves as CFO of New Beginnings T.R.A.P., demonstrating her commitment to community development.  

Beyond her professional endeavors, Brooks is deeply involved in numerous philanthropic and civic organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Stewart Foundation (since 2014) and TMFI (since 2024), reflecting her dedication to community upliftment. Her commitment to service extends to Kamileon Professional Development, Inc., where she served as Treasurer from 2018-2020 and has been a Board Member and MRAC Liaison since 2016.

Brooks is an active member of several prestigious organizations, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Within the sorority's Marietta Roswell Alumnae Chapter, she has held various leadership positions, including Co-Chair of the Marietta Roswell Cotillion Sponsorship and Hotel Liaison (2017), Co-Chair of the 2016 Georgia State Cluster/Founders Day/DDAC, and Chair of the Marietta Roswell Sisterhood Circle (2013-Present). Her contributions also extend to the national level, having served on the Biennium National Corporate Partnerships Task Force (2015-2017).

Her leadership and service are further exemplified through her involvement with The Links, Incorporated. She has served in several key roles within the Azalea City (GA) and West Towns IL Chapters, including Co-Chair of the Southern Area Transportation Committee (2024-Current), and Co-Chair of Fundraising for both the Southern Area and the Azalea City Chapter. She's also a member of the Southern Area Fund Development Committee and the National Conference & Events Committee.

Brooks' commitment to her community is further highlighted by her leadership in The Atlanta Sophisticates, where she served as President (2022-2024), Vice President (2020-2022), Recording Secretary (2018), and Social Chair (2018). She is also a member of Bronze Lens (since 2015), demonstrating her appreciation for the arts.

Gloria Brooks holds a BBA in Business Information Systems from the University of West Georgia and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. She is married to George Brooks and is the proud mother of Greonna and Gratia Brooks. She is a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church - Cascade.
