As the Director of Operations at Canon Business Services, he oversees Facility and Logistics Management for the Osaic corporate campus, a role that places him at the heart of infrastructure, productivity, and employee well-being for hundreds of professionals. With a career spanning 20+ years at Canon, he has earned a stellar reputation for operational integrity, vendor negotiation, strategic fulfillment, and supply chain execution that drive measurable business growth.
Eric’s expertise spans the full operational lifecycle—receiving, storing, inventorying, replenishing, and distributing a diverse array of materials essential to the organization’s daily functioning. His ability to align logistical operations with broader business objectives has made him an indispensable asset and a respected leader within the organization.

As a member of Kamileon Professional Development, Inc.’s Board of Directors, he serves as the Senior Advisor for Program Operations and Podcast Production.
