Kamila Brown Washington’s journey is one of personal transformation and strategic leadership. Born in Frankfurt, Germany as a military child, Kamila learned early how to navigate change, build resilience, and lead with intention — skills that now shape the way she helps leaders grow their organizations.
Today, Kamila is a business growth strategist, college professor, and inspirational speaker who empowers entrepreneurs to pursue success with clarity and conviction. She was a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the creator of proprietary frameworks such as B.O.S.S. Mode® (Board Organization & Strategic Systems) and The Profitable Blueprint®.
Under Kamila’s leadership, KPD Inc has grown into a seven-figure global organization serving leaders across the United States and internationally, including Kenya, Brazil, Haiti, Chile, and Honduras.
